Transportation/Companionship 2 Hr Min - $17.50/Hr
This service is for the individual who is able to ambulate and transfer self. We will supply transportation and companionship only.
 

Homemaker / Companion 4 Or More Hrs - $19.00/Hr
Includes: Lt housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and shopping, standby assist with ADL’S Medication remind/assist.

Skilled Care 4 Or More Hrs - $20.25/Hr
Includes: all of homemaker/companion duties as well as Range of motion exercises, bathing, toileting,
dressing, transfers and ambulation. Total assist with incontinent care, bed baths, dressing and meal consumption

Certified Nursing Assistant (By Request) - $25.00/Hr
Includes: All of the above services. This service is for the benefit of Insurance companies and Medical Management companies who require a licensed Nursing Assistant.

12 hour Sleepover - $192.00/per shift
Includes: Assisting with meal prep, helping client with toileting etc. Caregiver may get up 2-3 times through
the night. Caregiver must have a private bed to sleep in.

24-Hour Shift - $250.00 & up/per shift
Includes: All services under homemaker/skilled care. Caregiver must be able to sleep 5-7/hrs in a private
bed.

Two (2) to Three (3.9) hour visits - $25.00/Hr
Includes: Everything under homemaker and skilled care.

Bathing Visit/Minimum Visit 1.5hr - $40.00/per shift
Includes: This is a one and one half hour visit to help the individual in the AM to prepare for the day, or the
PM to prepare for the evening.

Case Management Visit - $45.00/Hr
Includes: Service is designed for bill paying, letter writing, appointment making and medication management.
