Screening Process

The screening of a Care Provider is the single most important process when hiring a Care Provider to represent our agency. We check the background on every Care Provider we hire through Factual Data a professional information collecting service that has the capability of screening through all 48 states.


The following information is provided to us before a Care Provider is given an assignment.

• Social Security
• Employment History
• Resident History

• Fraud Search
• Credit History
• Felony, Misdemeanor Criminal Search
• Auto Registration
• DMV Check
• Employment Verification
• Education and Certification Verification

As part of in house screening and orientation process our Care Providers have photo ID badges and they are finger printed. As you can see we are very thorough in our hiring policies. We also provide our Care Providers with one of the best employee handbooks in our industry, very clear and concise.
